AA on a drawy board, flop and turn play vs LAG

BN: $103.30
SB: $109.38
BB: $104
UTG: $103.43
HJ: $100
CO: $101.50 (Hero)
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A A
UTG folds, HJ folds, Hero raises to $2.50, BN folds, SB folds, BB calls $1.50
Villain is a somewhat loose reg, so far being on BB he's called 22% vs CO and 3b 12%
Flop ($5.50) 4 7 5 (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $4, BB raises to $12, Hero calls $8
His flop XR is 13% and out of 8 hands he raised (or x/raised) on flop he's won only 25% at SD

Do you ever 3bet/get it in here without an Ace of clubs?
Turn ($29.50) 4 7 5 9 (2 Players)
BB bets $22, Hero raises to $87, and is all in, BB folds
Do you use a different line if you hold Ac or any other overpair with a club? How would you play 88 (is this just a xback on flop?) here?
Final Pot
Hero wins $70.70
