New to table, no stats on any players.

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players)
BN: $35.14 (Hero)
UTG: $33.38 (Villain)

Preflop
($0.35) Hero is BN with A Qo
UTG raises to $0.75, 2 folds, Hero raises to $2.25, SB folds, BB folds, UTG calls $1.50

Flop
($4.85) A 7 9 rainbow
UTG checks, Hero bets $2.43, UTG raises to $9.27, Hero?

This was a weird spot where i had no clue what to do due to villains check-rase sizing.
Would it be a mistake folding here everytime since AQo is in the top % of my range?
