AsQc |TPGK facing Raise in 3Bet Pot

SB: $38.35 (Hero)
BB: $30.45
UTG: $42.91
HJ: $34.46
CO: $17.10
BN: $35.64
Opponent: 23/13/0.9, 274 hands
He had high oR from MP ~34% and 0/2 Fold to 3Bet.
No infromation about his play in 3Bet pots.
WTS 35%; WWSF 29% (48); W$SD 29% (17).
Preflop ($0.45) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q A
UTG folds, HJ raises to $0.90, CO folds, BN folds, Hero raises to $2.85, BB folds, HJ calls $2.10
Well, I deceided to 3Bet for value OOP. (Btw, there was 3$ instead of 2.85$)
Flop ($6.30) 8 A T (2 Players)
Hero bets $3.45, HJ raises to $8.40, Hero calls $4.95
Default valuebet. I think it's an obvious call on flop. He is IP on dry flop, there is no point to raise his TT, 88.
Turn ($23.10) K (2 Players)
Hero checks, HJ bets $8.40, Hero folds
I folded because of 88, TT, AT, he might slowplay AK preflop, semibluff w/ QJ. Also I thought that it was crazy spot for continue bluffing, pretty obvious that I had Ax here and some AA, TT.

Now I don't sure if I should fold here. I will be cbeting almost always on this flop + it is dry, so he could raise here KJ, 79s, JTs. Mb he could overplay some medium hands like AJ, AQ (his low W$SD).

Vs. TT,88,AKs,KJs,QJs,JTs,97s,AKo,KJo,QJo,JTo I have about 50%. And I think he will be always shoving river after that. On every river card other than 6, T, Q, K I will have > 50% equity.

But I don't know anything about his postflop play (I don't know if he will be raising sets or TPTK here; don't know if he will be bluffing there vs unknown), he has low WWSF. So, fold on Turn is ok?
Final Pot
HJ wins $21.95
