Best way to study with a solver?

Hey guys, recently bought gto+, just wondering if anyone has any tips on the most efficient way to study?

I've just ran a sim of BU open vs BB defend with a 33 flop subset, not sure if i should be looking over every flop and game tree, playing against the solution until i memorize every situation or setting up an excel sheet and putting data in there and then analyzing it or other.

Any advice would be appreciated !! Also if anyone is looking for a study partner im currently playing 25z on ignition trying to move up to 50z and would be interested sharing thoughts on hand histories and sims on discord or somewhere similar ! thanks !!
