I'm playing 2NL for a couple of weeks now and am struggling. I'm a bit confused regarding bet sizing at the moment, especially on the flop I think.

I've watched a couple of micro stakes training videos elsewhere where it was advised that 3/4 pot bets are often good at micro stakes. We're laying our opponent bad odds for almost all draws and are maximizing value. Then I posted and read about a couple of hands on a forum (also elsewhere) and 1/2 pot was advised in quite a couple of spots. Then I signed up at RIO and on the Discord channel was advised to size up again xD

Of course, I understand that it depends, but long story short: what are the best general guidelines regarding bet sizes at my stake and/or can you point me to some good videos on this topic?
