Thinking:

One spade hands would either check call the flop or raise larger on the flop if they're semi bluffing to increase FE
Then if i discount semi bluffs and nearly every bluff, i have to think what value hands villain may be raising on that flop.
The hands i can beat and GII with on the flop i would say are only As10x or 109... Otherwise I'm drawing to the board pairing or even dead vs 99 or maybe even 1010 if they're tight. This is an unknown villain btw.

So i don't think i can 4b the flop for value so i call, turn is a blank as far as his range is concerned maybe he makes two pair but i still don't see raising as a good play id rather keep any bluffs they may have and i still beat value hands that i initially thought i was on the flop.

Obviously river is standard and I'm fine with how i played it but wanted opinions on wether i could have raised my hand or wether i under represented my hand and induced these bluffs on the flop and turn? I'd like to think that people are playing so honestly at 5nl that his small check raise then large bet on the turn indicates value which is mostly a range that i can't beat

Thanks for any input
