This hand illustrates one of the concepts that Im not sure I understand and utilize proporly. The hand is pretty std. It is the underlying concept regarding the construction of our river range that leaves me a bit confused.First of all. Constructing a river betting range that leaves him indifferent between calling and folding his bluffcatches is pretty straight forward. If we bet 3/4 pot on the river we need to have 2,33 valuebets for each bluff. This makes our range look something like this: Valuebets: TT*3, 55*1, AA*6, KK*6, QQ*6, JJ*6, ATs*3. This makes 31 valuecombos which then have to be balanced with 13 bluffs. As far as I understand GTO it is a good thing to be balanced theby leaving villain indifferent between calling and folding his bluffcatches.  But does this also apply when villians range isnt capped? And what if he actually is more nutheavy than us? In this hand villian is actually more nutheavy than hero since hero doesnt open 22 and 33. In addition to this he can also have JJ and QQ which beats a small ratio of our valuebets. In addition villian can also have JJ and QQ beating some of heros valuebets. If villain plays his range optimally he can build a bluffing range turning some of his bluffcatchers into profitable bluffs. So villians range contains more nutted hands than heros. What does this mean for our range? Do we have to give up with some of our bluffs to make our range stronger in order to counter villians relatively stronger range? Do we have to decrease both our bluffing range and valuebetting range in order to make it more polarized? Or maybe we dont have to make any adjustments at all?
