Hey guys!

So I'm currently doing my weekly Monday review and it appears I am losing wayyyyy too much money in the blinds. I know this is a very large topic so I have decided to give myself the next month of off table study to concentrate on this serious leak and look to make improvements. I started with watching 'constructing BB defense Ranges' by Cameron Couch. I found this video pretty useful but it didn't really give me that starting block that I was really after.

I've spent the last hour or 2 just going over some HH and looking for other specific videos on the website to see if anything jumps out at me but that doesn't seem to be the case. I also went over Verneers 'Building a Bankroll' defending against steal sections but wasn't exactly much to go. He pretty much says 3bet or fold.

So does anyone know a good place to start? Once again I know it's extremely vague but I'm starting to think I struggle a fair bit with the whole maths side and thus constructing ranges on my own (at least at the beginning) just seems a very daunting task.
