Does this river bluff make sense? (10NL 6max Acr)

So I recently started taking shots @ 10nl, and already started noticing a lot more aggression pre/post flop(3/4bets, x/raises ect.). And being a nit myself(working on changing that), it's been tilting lol

Forgive me if this spot looks basic, but I've been trying to work on picking the right hands to bluff with on the river.

Yatahay Network - $0.10 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4: http://www.pokertracker.com

SB: $10.55
Villain (BB): $22.94 | Hands:350 vpip:25 pfr:16 3bet:5 FoldvsBTN:82 WTSD:27 (Tight Aggressive, seen him be aggressive on some rivers)
UTG: $19.78
MP: $10.00
CO: $10.00
Hero (BTN): $10.00

SB posts SB $0.05, BB posts BB $0.10

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.15) Hero has Jc 7c
fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to $0.22, fold, BB calls $0.12

Flop : ($0.49, 2 players) Td 9h Qs
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn : ($0.49, 2 players) Ac
BB bets $0.24, Hero calls $0.24

River : ($0.97, 2 players) Th
BB checks, Hero bets $0.97, BB raises to $2.42, Hero raises to $9.54 and is all-in, fold

Does my line make sense? I feel like i should have bet flop with my draw. What hands would make sense to check the flop with other than KJ?

I have a J blocker, which i understand is a good thing since I'm blocking KJo, assuming he 3bets his suited KJ pf and AJ a decent bluff catcher, but I'm pretty sure Jc7c is not the best jack i can bluff with. Would Jc9c be a better candidate?(blocking pocket 99s), obviously JJ, Q9?

Also wondering what type of hands(bluff/value) did he show up with after probing the turn and x/raising the river?
