Doing or inducing thin value bet

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) SB: $10.00
BB: $10.92 (Hero)
UTG: $10.61
MP: $18.74
CO: $15.17
BN: $18.56
On 923 hands MP is playing 27/21 with a rfi of 23 from MP, fv3b 44, 4b 0(25), Cb in single raised pot 48, agg factor 2,2, fvcb in 3bpot 50(10). CO is playing 33/18 , fv3b 50 on 78 hands.
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BB with A K
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.30, CO calls $0.30, 2 folds, Hero raises to $1.30, MP calls $1.00, CO calls $1.00
Flop ($3.95) T 4 3
Hero checks, MP checks, CO checks
After they have both called my sqz preflop i assumed their ranges are predominantly made out of pocket pairs and some suited connectors type hands probably moslty high cards suited connector type hands. Altough i have floped some backdoors i decided not to cbet, what do you think about this?
Turn ($3.95) T 4 3 5
Hero bets $1.88, MP folds, CO calls $1.88
After they both checked the flop i decided to bet this good turn.
River ($7.71) T 4 3 5 A
Hero checks, CO bets $3.00, Hero calls $3.00
Here i could either bet small for thin value or check and let him do a thin value bet with a pocket pair or maybe even a weaker ace. I decided to check/call and i got hit by a set, which of course i didn't take out of his range. What do you think about the river check/call?
Final Pot CO wins and shows three of a kind, Fives.
CO wins $13.09
Rake is $0.62
