Flopped Nut Flush: Thoughts on Turn?

1/2 live hand.

Villan 1 - 30 something black guy who opened a ton and c-bet a ton, I don't put him as a calling station. Villan 2 - 40 something Asian with sunglasses, calls preflop raises WAY too often and has a huge stack. I think he calls with medium strength hands way too much after the flop but he really isn't that bad of a player.

V1 opens to $12 utg, V2 calls 2 seats over, I smooth call on the button with A2s. I flop the nuts with J-10-4s flop. Checked to me and I bet $20. Call, call. The turn is an offsuit 6. V1 checks, V2 bets $50 into me, what should I do here? I have about $200 behind at this point, each have me covered. I'll reveal what I did after a few posts, I think I misplayed it.
