Villain folds vs. 3b on CO 60% when IP. He folds in 3bet pot vs. cbet 50% when IP.

How does look your 3bet range vs. villain a why??
We need at least 70% for exploitation. Or not??
Is it possible to use this information for exploitation preflop?
