What level does a HUD become valuable, or become not important?
Is it worth it to spend the money on Pokertracker4 to get one if playing low stakes?

See a lot of people with them and a lot without, just wondering who uses one and if it helped you.
For context, much of Peter Clarke's Grinders Manual places a massive emphasis on HUD stats.
