HUNL600: too thin of a shove OTR?

BB: Tony__Parker: 640.40
SB: IcallUtilt: 600
Vilain is quite smart and good. I play him HU for sport :). He came to play me this time.
Over past matches I've sensibly had the best of him, and he has given me considerably more respect in 6max games afterwards. I would absolutely not say one of us has an edge though.
So here 1-tabling in the afternoon, I'm playing some 6 max on the side.

Reads on vilain HU: he's pretty tricky overall, likes to protect his checking ranges a lot. Therefore check-raising a bunch (also on rivers) ; he's definitely more agressive on rivers than most, but possibly more passive on earlier streets than others.
Plays 67% from the BB, 3b 18%. I don't have a great read on his 3b strategy, but I think he mostly 3b obvious hands for value + some suited trash. Don't think he's the kind of guy to 3b Axo (some Axs, for sure, sometimes), he definitely likes to peel hands such as K5o from BB, so I assume same goes for A7o, A4o, this kind of stuff.
Preflop (9) (2 Players)
IcallUtilt was dealt A A
IcallUtilt raises to 9, Tony__Parker raises to 39, IcallUtilt calls 33
If unclead, I minraise to 12 and he 3b to 45€.
My strategy is to have no 4b range and flat everything I want to play. And I actually flat relatively wide in general (not that wide considering his relatively low 3b for HU). Vilain surely has realized that I wasn't 4betting, planning on making moves postflop sometimes.
Flop (90) A 7 2 (2 Players)
Tony__Parker bets 44, IcallUtilt calls 44
Turn (178) 3 (2 Players)
Tony__Parker checks, IcallUtilt checks
River (178) 5 (2 Players)
Tony__Parker bets 125, Tony__Parker calls 386
OK, bug with the hand history, I basically shoved and he called. Do you think it's too thin? OBV we don't want to be result-oriented (which is paradoxically why I posted the result here, I think there is no suspense I got called by a 4 if I just post the hand without result).
As stated vilain is pretty aggro with river raising, it's likely that he could project those tendencies upon me. Also he's pretty stationary in general, as you should heads-up, obv. Yet, don't know if this board is the best for it, what do u think? Might be more of an easy shove with other sets than top set.
Final Pot
Tony__Parker has 4 7 IcallUtilt has A A
