Villian in this hand is 16/12 over a 40 hand sample and Ukrainian. I decided to check the turn even though its a great card for me because I think his range is actually very small here. On the river I decided that I had to call because he could be valuebetting JJ but afterwards I started wondering if its actually a pretty clear fold against this opponent because he probably doesn't have any Tx hands in his range and if he does he might not even try to value bet the river. If he has 99 then he's probably checking behind. It seems like I'm losing to AA, KK, TT, 88, 77, beating JJ, and he's checking back everything else that's in his river range. Thoughts?
