Is this a spot to overbet?

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: Pâinstar: $5.61
SB: arvin073: $11.65
BB: maxinio2010: $14.88
UTG: fp9999: $8.70 (Hero)
MP: Tanika33: $12.03
CO: gmarinho710: $8.96
Preflop ($0.07) fp9999 is UTG with Q Q
fp9999 raises to $0.12, 2 folds, Pâinstar calls $0.12, 2 folds
no stats on villain
Flop ($0.31) J 5 9
fp9999 bets $0.20, Pâinstar calls $0.20
Happy to fire a cbet here, 2/3 seems fine on this texture. Some people might prefer 1/3 pot a higher frequency, but I find this type of bets not to be so good at 5NL, so I use a bigger sizing mostly, mixing bluffs and value obv and less protection
Turn ($0.71) J 5 9 9
fp9999 checks, Pâinstar checks
Good card for IP player, I decide to x/c, but to be honestly I would prefer a bet/fold here with this specific hand, blocking some hands like KQ or QT and fd´s as well.
River ($0.71) J 5 9 9 3
fp9999 bets $0.80, Pâinstar raises to $2.62, fp9999 folds
Once he checks turn and the river bricks I think my hand is good a lot. Villain could be checking backing all boats OTT though, so that ight be an issue. I expect almost every hand that would call a smaller bet to call a slight overbet, that´s why I went for it. He can look me up even with 66-TT and Jx allways. X/c river is also an interesting option, but the Qd blocks a lot of potential bluffs again, and I am not sure if he value bets Jx
Final Pot Pâinstar wins $2.21
Rake is $0.10

Didn´t even talked about the raise that much, cause I think it´s a pretty easy fold. He snaped raised at the time, so he likely just had JJ, 55 or 99. Don´t think he ever turns Jx into a bluff, and it´s hard to imagine someone at this stakebluff raising me when I make such a strong bet. My biggest doubts are: betting or checking the turn? Bet folding or check calling OTR? And if decide to bet is this a good spot to overbet?
