KQo BTN v Blind NL10

UTG: $10
HJ: $12.17
CO: $17.71
BN: $10 (Hero)
SB: $15.62
BB: $10.30
SB: 33/25/7,9 over 109 hand
Preflop ($0.15) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q K
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, Hero raises to $0.25, SB raises to $0.85, BB folds, Hero calls $0.60
Raise or fold doesn't make any sense, because his perceived range is so wide at this point, then I just called from the best position ( and probably with the best hand )
Flop ($1.85) T 2 Q (2 Players)
SB bets $0.90, Hero calls $0.90
I think He bets his whole range in this board, and I flopped a top pair, nothing to add.
Turn ($3.65) T 2 Q 3 (2 Players)
SB bets $2.80, Hero folds
Hmmm... When this blank turn comes, I don't expect him to barrel again with his air type hands, even with smaller size. I put him on a hand range {TT, QQ, [probably 22-33 which turned into bluff preflop and flop], KK+, or pretty strong combo-draws}. Okay, when I call this flop I definitely have a bunch of hands I should fold to a turn barrel, but his action seems to me, He is preparing to a river shove. People are just using standard half-pot sizing on the flop in 3bet pots, and just start to thinking on the turn, Imho.

Was it a horrible fold? I can't imagine any river card, make me feel good, even Qx...
Final Pot
SB wins $3.44
