So I'm not convinced on what the best way to split my range is here vs a good reg. On one hand I can check/call and I guess check/fold turns which leads me open to being bluffed off by flush draws or aggro villains. On the other hand I could bet but then I'm pretty much check/folding almost every turn which puts me in the same spot.

Any advice on how to split my overall range here? Check/call and also check/call my AQ and AA with a spade?
