NL 50 - Set on the Turn vs a Fish

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) SB: $56.03 (Hero)
BB: $50.00
UTG: $49.74
MP: $51.59
CO: $55.37
BN: $59.24
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is SB with J J
2 folds, CO raises to $1.75, BN calls $1.75, Hero raises to $6.00, BB folds, CO folds, BN calls $4.25
Flop ($14.25) 8 9 A
Hero bets $6.50, BN calls $6.50
Villain plays 55/5 over 40 hands. Probably since he's pretty passive I could check the flop, but I didn't
Turn ($27.25) 8 9 A J
Hero bets $14.00, BN raises to $46.74 and is all in, Hero calls $29.53 and is all in
Do you fold here our strong hand vs a very passive fish? Do you play the hand in some other way.
We need 26% here, vs a flush we have 20%, the question is does he overplay something in order to make at least a BE call?
River ($117.52) 8 9 A J 4
