NL 50 Turn X/R

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $50.00
SB: $50.25
BB: $50.00 (Hero)
UTG: $106.93
MP: $71.55
CO: $114.64
Villain is tight running 17/12 over small sample but has not folded to a 3bet yet.
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with Q A
2 folds, CO raises to $1.25, 2 folds, Hero raises to $4.00, CO calls $2.75
Flop ($8.25) 3 T 2
Hero bets $4.00, CO calls $4.00
Turn ($16.25) 3 T 2 9
Hero checks, CO bets $11.32, Hero raises to $42.00 and is all in, CO calls $30.68
Up till turn I think is fairly standard though feel free to comment if you think otherwise. Turn is not a card he folds on often if we double barrel as it hits his range more. For this reason I decided against barreling though potentially it becomes profitable if we shove on a variety of rivers to get some of his pairs and draws to fold.
I could check call which in hindsight may be better though I thought by check raising i was trying to take advantage of a population tendency at these stakes to bet turn wide as a bluff and for protection. I think all three options are viable on the turn so was interested in more opinions on what to consider when deciding between them.
