NL10 - Is it okay to cbet these boards?

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $10.41
SB: $10.87
BB: $11.84
UTG: $14.48
MP: $10.00 (Hero)
CO: $10.21
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is MP with A T
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.30, 2 folds, SB calls $0.25, BB folds
Flop ($0.70) Q 5 K
SB checks, Hero bets $0.23, SB calls $0.23
Turn ($1.16) Q 5 K 4
SB checks, Hero checks
River ($1.16) Q 5 K 4 8
SB bets $0.70, Hero folds
Final Pot SB wins $1.11
Rake is $0.05

I'm running into these situations pretty often and still find myself confused. Is it a fine play to cbet these board small (1/3rd pot size) to target many of his pocket pairs and try to possibly get them to fold or is a check back on the flop a better play?
