NL10€ - JJ on A turn in MP vs. BB

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) SB: $10.48
BB: $10.57
UTG: $22.58
MP: $11.74 (Hero)
CO: $6.85
BN: $10.98
Villain is playing pretty solid w. 23/17 and a 3b% of 4. 3 betting MP opens 5,7% and raises cb around 14% over +900 hands
Have not any real history other than the stats.
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is MP with J J
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.30, 3 folds, BB calls $0.20
Flop ($0.65) T 5 8
BB checks, Hero bets $0.40, BB calls $0.40
Turn ($1.45) T 5 8 A
BB checks, Hero bets $0.90, BB calls $0.90

Flop
Cbetting is standard in my book as the flop is pretty drawy and villain can call with alot of hands. Betting both for value and protection.

Turn
I often find myself checking back almost all overcards both for pot control and keeping in villains weaker hands that otherwise would fold to a bet on a scare card.

Do we follow up with a bet here or do we check behind. And what do we do if we check and villain bets on a blank river the river?
