NL10 QQ in a 4bet pot facing hard decision on turn

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $10.00 (Hero)
SB: $12.78
BB: $22.91
UTG: $12.38
MP: $7.69
CO: $10.25
Villain is completely unknown, no hands on him since I hardly play on these stakes.
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BN with Q Q
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.20, SB raises to $0.70, BB folds, Hero raises to $1.50, SB calls $0.80
Flop ($3.10) J 4 T
SB checks, Hero bets $1.55, SB calls $1.55
Turn ($6.20) J 4 T 7
SB checks, Hero bets $6.95 and is all in, SB folds
I'm completely lost on this turn. The akward potsize makes it hard for me to make a make a small overbet shove since I feel we're overrepresenting our hand and will get called by mostly better hands. But then, checking back and giving him a free card is not very appealing either.
Final Pot BN wins $5.92
Rake is $0.28
