We block the NFD but given how wide his UTG range is I think he could have a lot of suited connectors peeling as well. JTs/T9s/65s/54s
For value hands he can have basically every set but KK, and some KQs. Maybe 87s too?
I dunno what to do OTR to be honest. Jam, check/fold, and check/call all make sense to me since we're near the top of our range.
