NL100 BB vs BTN , AQo pre-flop vs good reg

BN raises to 2, SB folds, Hero raises to 8, BN raises to 16, Hero raises to 99.67, and is all in

So very common pf spot against regular.

Villain button steal = 60%, and button 4bet vs blinds = 14%.

The 4bet is pretty small. Should I call here with AQo against that sizeing? If the 4bet would be bigger I think 5bet Jam is better than calling?
