Villain is running 20/14 and folds to 3bet 44% and over my sample he is opening 18% from CO. In these positions my 3bet range is somewhat polarised 3betting as wide as AJs+, 99+ with some weaker suited holdings mixed in as bluffs.

Flop seems like a good spot to cbet especially with my holding, I could go slightly bigger but otherwise seems fine.

On the turn I think I can bet again for value and mix in some flush draws as a bluff perhaps checking my weaker ax hands or AA to balance.

On the river this seems like one of the worst cards for my specific holding though a reasonable card for my range. I dont think I have enough equity to value bet this river as he prob 55/33/A3 and AJ in his range as well as some broadway heart combos. I dont think he has enough worse ax hands that call this river so I decided to xf.
However if I always xf this hand then I am betting AJ+ on this river and then xf everything else so he can bluff whenever I check even for this relatively small sizing. Should i be concerned and considering checking more in this spot or occasionally xc with AK without more solid reads on my opponents strategy?
