NL100 Turning KK into bluff 145BB deep

BN: $106.82
SB: $146.15 (Hero)
BB: $100
UTG: $111.43
HJ: $149.73
CO: $100
Villain is 21/19 with a F3B of 86% over 120 hands. Seems like a solid reg although F3B is a bit on the high side.
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt K K
UTG folds, HJ raises to $3, CO folds, BN folds, Hero raises to $10, BB folds, HJ calls $7
I think villain's range for flatting is widened because we are deep.

22-QQ, Axs, KQo, AJo+, some SC 54s-KQs, KJs, KTs, QTs
Flop ($21.50) 8 J 2 (2 Players)
Hero bets $10, HJ calls $10
In hindsight my bet size is a little on the small side here. $12 might be better given stack sizes?

Villain will flat this flop with almost his entire continuing range.

Strong Value: 22, 88, JJ, QQ
Pairs: A8s, 87s, 98s, AJo, KJs, QJs, JTs, 99, TT
Draws: T9s
Backdoors/Floats: A2s, QTs, KTs, AQo, KQs
Turn ($41.50) 8 J 2 Q (2 Players)
Hero bets $25, HJ calls $25
I can get a lot of value from his hands which now turned outs so I bet slightly bigger. The Qc puts a lot of draws on board so I'm now expecting him to raise me if he has a strong hand.

Hands that will raise for value/protection: 22, 88, JJ, QQ, QJs, T9s
Hands that will call 2-barrels here: 98s, 99, TT, AJ, AQ, KQs, KTs, QTs, JTs
Hands that might raise as a semi-bluff (or also call): KTcc, JTcc, 98cc, A8cc, AJcc
River ($91.50) 8 J 2 Q A (2 Players)
Hero checks, HJ bets $38, Hero raises to $101.15, and is all in
This river card hits villains 2-pair range quite well. I decide to check since I don't expect villain to turn a one-pair broadway type hand into a bluff (eg. KQ, QT)

We block 2 kings so it's unlikely he has the 2 combos of KTs for the nut straight. Plus his bet sizing would likely be much larger than 40% pot with that hand.

And since he can't really have any of (22, 88, JJ, QQ, QJs, T9s) since they'd have raised for protection on the turn, I think villain's most likely holding is a hand like AJ/AQ/A8cc which rivered 2 pair and is now going for thin value (possibly to try and get us to c/c with QJ/Q8s/AK).

But because my range is still uncapped since I bet both the flop and the turn, I think I should be able to turn KK into a bluff on this river by CRAI. I can feasibly have AA/QQ/JJ/T9s/KTs here whereas villain can't have any of those hands in his range besides 2 combos of KTs.

So it would be a sick spot to be in if you had AQ/AJ here, imo. What do you guys think?
