NL1000: 4 bet pot, really tempted to bluff, should I?

HJ: badk1: 975.74
CO: CHEVAL: 1242.75
BN: Chiens: 1211.95
SB: CLAUDE65: 1000
BB: lasconi: 1062
HJ is the spot of the table. Other players are good regs. Vilain is a balanced reg, semi-loose pre, solid postflop.
Preflop (15) (5 Players)
CHEVAL was dealt Q K
badk1 raises to 20, CHEVAL raises to 70, Chiens raises to 170, CLAUDE65 folds, lasconi folds, badk1 folds, CHEVAL calls 100
He's not 4betting very often (11% after raising overall), but he's smart, and I'm pretty sure he can take that spot light, because I have an obvious iso-spot with the fish, and stack sizes work in his favor for 4betting. He'll probably 4b AQo and AJo sometimes , AQs and AJs I believe he's more likely to cold call but I'm not sure. Same goes for TT and JJ, I believe he'd choose to flat, but he might sometimes 4b. He could 4b hands such as Axs and 87s.
I assume he sees me as relatively stationary and sometimes out of line, but recently I've been disciplined.
I have a not from a few months ago saying 'traps PF a fair amount', so although he might play differently nowadays, I assume he'll flat premiums on the button sometimes, because he expects me to be too agro postflop, and he can also keeps the fish in.

All in all, his range is still very strong, but I feel I have to call given pot odds and strengh of my hand. Agreed?
As for the range I'm 3b/calling in this spot, I'd say something like that: KQs, AQs, AJs, AK (often enough I'll prefer to flat this hand rather than shove, but I don't believe he'll necessarilly assume that), 77-QQ, and maybe ATs.
Flop (375) 3 T 4 (2 Players)
CHEVAL checks, Chiens checks
Vilain is barreling a lot OOP, but is pretty tricky in position. Ingame I thought: 'ah he could check back strong hands here versus me'.
Turn (375) 9 (2 Players)
CHEVAL checks, Chiens checks
River (375) 9 (2 Players)
CHEVAL bets 240, Chiens calls 240
Do I need to bluff this river with my hand? What should be my value range on this river, considering how the hand played out?
Should I go for a normal sizing? A tiny sizing? An overbet? Should I divide my range in different sizings?

Relatively small pot, but interesting situation IMO.
