Hero bets $0.65, CO calls $0.65

If i bet 1/3 of the pot with my whole range, its ok? Or should i bet more?

Turn ($3.40) 2 7 2 K

Hero bets $1.85, CO raises to $3.70, Hero calls $1.85

Probably check is also ok, but K hits my range so good and i bet it with or even without the K. Should i just fold it?

River ($10.80) 2 7 2 K 7

Hero checks, CO bets $10.30, Hero folds

No idea what is he betting with that sizing, but its really hard to call with 100BB bet :-/ What do You think?
