NL10z Turning middle FH on straighty board

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $29.95
SB: $15.81
BB: $10.00
UTG: $13.84 (Hero)
MP: $7.17
CO: $12.15
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is UTG with 9 9
Hero raises to $0.25, 3 folds, SB calls $0.20, BB folds
Flop ($0.60) T 6 9
SB checks, Hero bets $0.30, SB raises to $1.50, Hero calls $1.20
I think its fair to say that on these limits people are pretty straight forward here and I would expect mostly 66,TT, T9s or 78s to be raised here, less so bluffs (maybe some QJs, but even that I think is being more called than raised)
Turn ($3.60) T 6 9 6
SB bets $2.70, Hero calls $2.70
Somewhat good card, we now beat his flopped straights .. makes dominated 66 a bit less likely, and now only quads and TT have us beat. Think two pairs like T9s would actually stop and check here, since our overpairs have that counterfeited.
River ($9.00) T 6 9 6 6
SB bets $11.36 and is all in, Hero calls $9.39 and is all in
Is this perhaps the only river we should be able to fold here? With a 6, I doubt straights are continuing to bet big as our overpairs that get here have it beat along with any regular Tx.
Final Pot SB wins and shows Tens Full over Sixes.
UTG lost and shows Nines Full over Sixes.
SB wins $27.78
