NL20 - Nittiest fold ever?

Blinds: $0.10/$0.20 (6 Players) CO: $51.40 (Hero)
BN: $32.50
SB: $21.85
BB: $19.12
UTG: $20.00
MP: $10.00
No info on vilain but he is full cave and multitabling, looks like a reg.
Preflop ($0.30) Hero is CO with A Q
UTG raises to $0.60, MP calls $0.40, Hero calls $0.60, 2 folds, BB calls $0.40
Flop ($2.50) T J Q
BB checks, UTG bets $2.34, MP folds, Hero folds, BB folds
Final Pot UTG wins $2.34
Rake is $0.16

Ok, I know it looks sick, but I mean, what hands in his UTG range is he potting 4 way on this flop. For me it's TT - AA, AQ/AK, KQ, QJs. I'm 32% favorite against. There is no FD possible and I don't think a reg would pot KJ, 99, AJ, 78s... 4way.
I could easily be drawing dead here. I don't even have direct odds to call (I need 32.5%). I just feel like I'm spewing 12BB when I call here.

But maybe I'm making a huge mistake.

Thoughts?

EDIT: Another thing to take in consideration is that if I call, there's still BB who can wake up with a hand (he is a nit 16/12)
