nl200 - A8s 3bet pot, river bluff

SB: $200
BB: $79.41
HJ: $281.48
CO: $210.08 (Hero)
BN: $401.95
Vilain is 24/18/3,1, with 21% raise first in from MP, and 75% fold to 3bet on MP OOP (71% fold to 3bet general), and 4,3 4bet range (16 4bet %). My reads are that he is solid and capable of making big folds (maybe a little too tight in that sense).

Not sure how villain sees me, probably a little aggro but nothing to much out of line.

My stats are 25/19/3, with 8% 3bet overal, 5% 3bet on CO and 5% 3bet vs MP. Cbet flop 65%.
Preflop ($3.00) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt A 8
HJ raises to $6, Hero raises to $18, BN folds, SB folds, BB folds, HJ calls $12
Flop ($39.00) 5 A Q (2 Players)
HJ checks, Hero checks
What you guys think about flop play ? I feel like I get very faced up when checking back this board which I would cbet with air a lot. But I feel like there is just no reason to bet agains someone like villain who folds to much to 3bets. He won`t call flop w JJ-, and doesn`t call 3bet with many queens other then KQs, and even vs KQs I`m probably only gonna get 1 street of value anyway.
Turn ($39.00) 5 A 3 Q (2 Players)
HJ bets $30, Hero calls $30
The 3h came on the turn, the Q was on the flop.
River ($99.00) 5 A 3 Q K (2 Players)
HJ bets $66, Hero raises to $162.08, and is all in, HJ folds
Do you think believing he might fold AQ is to much wishful thinking ? He always 4bets QQ+ and AK, and isn`t very tricky in that sense, so I feel like AQ is the top of his range. I can repp AK and KK pretty well, and AA too. And its hard put me on too many bluffs the way I played the hand. And I feel like this kind of player is gonna be more tempted to hero fold when I don`t have to many chips behind. My raise shove isn`t even 3x, and I think that makes him think I`m way less likely to be bluffing, specially when he`s shown a lot of strength.

Do you think it`s a good move or too fancy/wishful thinking ?
Final Pot
Hero wins $228.20
