NL200 QQ vs. wierd line 3-bet pot

BN: $200
SB: $271.27
BB: $251.62
UTG: $317.10
HJ: $207.12
CO: $313.60 (Hero)
Villain is 25/19 with a 3-bet of 7.6% over 632 hands. He's a good reg.
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q Q
UTG folds, HJ folds, Hero raises to $6, BN folds, SB folds, BB raises to $19, Hero calls $13
Flop ($41.00) J 8 2 (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $19, BB raises to $50, Hero calls $31
Weird for me to be getting CR'ed on this board but I don't see how I can play flop any differently.

No idea what kind of range CR's here to be honest (as a bluff I mean). Other than T9s obviously, I feel every other bluffing hand that has backdoor equity or overcards would prefer to bet. He may decide to CR with KK/AA, a set, or maybe J8s for value.
Turn ($141.00) J 8 2 6 (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero checks
When BB checks again I feel his flop CR was not a stone bluff. If he had T9s I would expect him to fire again, if not overbet jam the turn.
River ($141.00) J 8 2 6 K (2 Players)
BB bets $182.62, and is all in
Kind of a gross spot now. What do we do?
