NL200 TP2K in 3B pot BTN vs. SB

BN: $247.70 (Hero)
SB: $646.67
BB: $100
UTG: $199.24
HJ: $200
CO: $84
Villain is 26/23 with a 20% 3-bet over a small sample. Cbet of 75% and overall seems quite aggressive.
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A Q
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, Hero raises to $5, SB raises to $18, BB folds, Hero calls $13
Pretty std defend imo.
Flop ($39.00) 2 6 4 (2 Players)
SB bets $20, Hero calls $20
BDNFD+2 overcards and my hand is good a lot on this flop vs. light 3-betting range that could have SC's like 87ss/JThh etc.
Turn ($79.00) 2 6 4 A (2 Players)
SB bets $50.39, Hero calls $50.39
Good turn barreling card for villain's bluffing range. I think his value range could be AxKh and possibly 2-pair with a 3BL hand like A2s/A4s/A6s however we block many combos of those. He could have picked up spades OTT and be barreling those as well (eg. KQss).
River ($179.78) 2 6 4 A J (2 Players)
SB bets $264, Hero calls $159.31, and is all in
Kind of a sick shove and I'm not too sure villain would play AK or AQ this aggressively. I don't think the J changes much tbh and all of his busted draws are probably going 3-barrels here plus I'm at the top of my range on this board.

What's the plan?
