NL25 - KK 3Bet pot.. facing shove on the flop

HJ: $34.16
CO: $0
BN: $34.31 (Hero)
SB: $40.65
BB: $25.58
UTG: $16.65
villain is 28/18 over 39hands.. so sample too small to have any decent read on him
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt K K
UTG folds, HJ raises to $0.75, Hero raises to $2.65, SB folds, BB calls $2.40, HJ folds
UTG was a fish calling station that didn't fold very often to 3bets.. so 3betting for value, didn't have any big squeezer in blinds too.
Flop ($6.15) 9 4 7 (3 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $3.15, BB raises to $22.93, and is all in, Hero folds
should i have cbet bigger or sizing is perfect?
what do you guys do here?
Final Pot
BB wins $11.83
I'm guessing it's a call.. but i'm not 100% sure, so as played i took the easy route of folding but i want to know the right thing to do for next time :P
