NL25 Zoom: Tough spot with flush on paired river

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $29.85
SB: $25.00 (Hero)
BB: $117.99
UTG: $34.11
MP: $16.21
CO: $34.11
No reads except MP is a fish.
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is SB with T 9
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.50, CO calls $0.50, BN folds, Hero calls $0.40, BB folds
Flop ($1.75) 3 6 J
Hero checks, MP checks, CO bets $1.25, Hero calls $1.25, MP folds
Turn ($4.25) 3 6 J Q
Hero checks, CO bets $3.04, Hero raises to $8.75, CO calls $5.71
River ($21.75) 3 6 J Q 3
Hero checks, CO bets $11.42, Hero calls $11.42

I check-raised turn for value because I expected him to check back the river a lot but on hindsight I am not sure what bluffs I would have here.

River is a very tough spot because I think his range is mainly going to be JQ, some flushes and 33/66 when he bet-calls Turn.

How should we play river with no reads?
He makes a very big bet and I wanted to fold but he only really reps 66?
What parts of my range are good check-calls?
