I played this hand today and when I am reviewing this hand, I still not sure what he had or if i should of called

I know it is very loose to open Q8s when there is limper. but villain limp 50% of the time, plus blinds are quite tight, so that i think it is ok to open raise with my Q8 sometimes

when i was playing this hand, my plan was to shove river no matter what card came, because my range is uncapped, i can have many set, or straight, He didnt 4bet on flop, he didnt check raise turn, so i didnt think he had set or straight.

However, he shove on river when the river card is a blank. at the moment i thought it was close to call or fold, because I didnt think he could have any value bet, but my Q8h blocks his bluff too.

what do you think he had?
