NL50 Zoom: bluffcatch marginal 2nd pair facing 3barrel in 3b pot?

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $50.50 (Hero)
SB: $176.41
BB: $54.61
UTG: $76.42
MP: $50.75
CO: $54.47
villain more or less unknown, looks like a decent reg from first glance
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BN with J T
3 folds, Hero raises to $1.11, SB raises to $3.83, BB folds, Hero calls $2.72
Flop ($8.16) 3 9 J
SB bets $4.28, Hero calls $4.28
Turn ($16.72) 3 9 J 4
SB bets $7.98, Hero calls $7.98
River ($32.68) 3 9 J 4 A
SB bets $34.50

I wonder if I should be considering calling with this or a slightly stronger hand at some point given that I'd raise a big part of my FDs, sets, 2pairs on the flop and thus should be pretty high up in my river range here. I think I could show up with some flushes like AQdd, ATdd, KQdd, A3dd and AJ but that's basically it. I can only see KJ, QJ with a more valueable diamond blocker as a better bluffcatcher which blocks more of his value range.
I mean, I still think it's good to overfold this spot exploitatively because I doubt the average NL50 reg bluffs enough but I'm still quite interested in the more balanced approach.

Oh, and btw I'm also not sure about the preflop defend vs unknown. This is then definitely the bottom of my defending range but since I'm currently folding to 60% of 3bets with a 62% BTN opening range I'm looking to defend more as this appears a bit tight.
