NL50z Should I be folding this turn versus likely fish?

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $53.27
SB: $62.41
BB: $50.00 (Hero)
UTG: $46.72
MP: $126.89
CO: $49.00
Not a lot of info on villain seems pretty laggy. 31/24 over 180 hands 7.8 3bet
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with T J
2 folds, CO raises to $1.75, BN folds, SB calls $1.50, Hero calls $1.25
Flop ($5.25) Q T 3
SB bets $4.50, Hero calls $4.50, CO folds
Turn ($14.25) Q T 3 5
SB bets $11.50, Hero calls $11.50
River ($37.25) Q T 3 5 5
SB bets $44.66 and is all in, Hero folds
Final Pot SB wins $35.57
Rake is $1.68

I just rejoined the 50z pool yesterday after a pretty solid run over the last few weeks at the 25z pool. One thing I have noticed although it may just be small sample bias is that players seem to be donk betting with a much higher frequency and more aggression i.e. following through more.

Given the sizing should by folding this turn. Is it realistic to think my T or J outs are any help to me? I am not getting the immediate odds to call against a range of TT, 33, KQ+. Wondering if people think I am likely to get any additional value from villain on the river if I hit my flush or is my hand just too face up at that point?
