NL5z facing river check raise in 3b pot

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $5.63 (Hero)
SB: $5.00
BB: $5.52
UTG: $7.93
MP: $4.63
CO: $5.32
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BN with K K
UTG raises to $0.15, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.45, 2 folds, UTG calls $0.30
Flop ($0.97) T 3 T
UTG checks, Hero checks
Turn ($0.97) T 3 T 8
UTG bets $0.50, Hero calls $0.50
River ($1.97) T 3 T 8 9
UTG checks, Hero bets $1.15, UTG raises to $6.98 and is all in, Hero folds

20/19/7% 3bet reg. Folds to 3bets 27% of the time, so calls with a lot of hands.
I check back flop because I think it's not a spot to go for 3 streets anyway with the 2 tens out there on the flop.
I don't want to get check raised and I want to give him the chance to start bluffing later on, which I think this guy is capable of.

Turn easy call obviously.

On the river I should go for value, he has several hands that would try to bluff catch here I think - 89s, J9s, 87s. He might even play jacks like this.

I folded to the check raise, because in general people don't bluff rivers that much at 5z and he has all the full houses that would play this way.

Thoughts on how I played this hand? Would you bet the flop? And what sizing should I use on the river?
