NL600 Top Pair vs Stab

SB: $869.08 (144.8 bb)
Hero (BB): $636.34 (106.1 bb)
MP: $724.57 (120.8 bb)
CO: $585.88 (97.6 bb)
BTN: $714.54 (119.1 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Jc Ac
MP raises to $18, CO calls $18, BTN folds, SB calls $15, Hero calls $12

Flop: ($72) Tc Js 5s (4 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP checks, CO bets $48, SB folds, Hero raises to $154, MP folds, CO calls $106

Turn: ($380) 7d (2 players)
Hero bets $464.34

So UTG opener is a eg, CO is a rather unknown 35/18 with a 83% cbet FWIW. SB is a fish.

I
don't really care to have a leading range on this flop so I plan to XC
the PFR. He checks and the unknown bets. I'm behind 2 combos of JTs, 1
combo JJ, 3 combos TT, and 3 combos of 55. Other than that, there are a
ton of draws out.

On one hand, calling kind of sucks on this
board since I'm likely ahead and I risk giving draws (89s, KQ, spades) a
free card. On the other hand, when I checkraise the flop and get
called, there are so many  nasty turns that I'm clueless on. A 7, 9, Q,
Ace, and any spade likely help his range more than it helps mine.

What should be our plan in general on these types of boards after the PFR checks and a coldcaller stabs at it?
