QJo SB vs BB w/ trips on the flop vs turn raise and shove on river

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (6 Players) UTG: $2.00
MP: $2.16
CO: $2.33
BN: $1.82
SB: $2.27 (Hero)
BB: $1.46
BB is unknown
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is SB with Q J
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.06, BB calls $0.04
Flop ($0.12) Q Q 7
Hero bets $0.06, BB calls $0.06
Turn ($0.24) Q Q 7 A
Hero bets $0.17, BB raises to $0.34, Hero calls $0.17
River ($0.92) Q Q 7 A T
Hero checks, BB bets $1.00 and is all in

I don't understand: KJ has a straight on the river, but would it have had a reason to re-raise that turn with a gutshot draw?
KK, AA and AK would have probably 3bet preflop. AK doesn't totally match that turn raise, KK even less.

AQ and Q7 are just unlikely because of the blockers. Most of the time I guess I'm facing 77.

Is my reasoning correct here?

Could I have folded on the turn?
