I have been playing online regularly for about 2 years and been a member of runitonce for the last 9 months. I was playing on the general stars site, but moved to France in January and have to play on stars France - which has a much smaller player pool and zoom only runs at 1/2c and 5/10c.

It's a small sample (as I only play about 200 hands/day 4-5 days a week) but I have been on a heater and winning at 15BB / 100 over 18000 hands in 1/2c zoom - so I have taken a number of shots at 5/10 zoom, but have come up against better players, gotten coolered etc and then when I lose 1 or 2 buyins I have to drop back to 1/2 and try and make back enough for another shot. It seems a cycle I can't quite break out of...

Any thoughts on different strategies or people who have been through similar stuff?
