TP facing turn donk lead in 4-bet pot.

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $25.00
SB: $26.71
BB: $25.00
UTG: $40.96
MP: $25.00
CO: $31.17 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is CO with K Q
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.62, BN folds, SB raises to $2.50, BB folds, Hero raises to $6.00, SB calls $3.50
I often use KQo as a 4-bet bluff vs. SB 3-bets due to blockers.
Flop ($12.25) 9 K 4
SB checks, Hero bets $3.00, SB calls $3.00
Not sure if a check-back would be better.
Turn ($18.25) 9 K 4 7
SB bets $5.10, Hero calls $5.10
Really unsure what this donk lead means. In general i think it shows strenght, but i have a hard time to see what value he has? AQdd is probally the only candidate, and i guess he would check with that.

Is a jam off here? Fell like that could be a way to charge one diamond hands which tries to get a cheap river card.

Vill unknown.

A hand where i felt like i really messed it up.

Input on all streets appreciated.

What would you do against a river jam on a brick?
