Value or too thin?

UTG: $204.80
HJ: $200 (Hero)
CO: $200
BN: $130.25
SB: $395
BB: $200
Villian is new seems to be a reg guy
30/22 3bet ~10. And quite loose 3bet from sb vs UTG, MP and CO (~13) but only 700 hands on him
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A A
UTG folds, Hero raises to $6, CO folds, BN folds, SB raises to $19, BB folds, Hero calls $14
Flop ($42.00) 6 5 T (2 Players)
SB bets $26, Hero calls $26
Turn ($94.00) 9 (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $40, SB calls $40
River ($174.00) 7 (2 Players)
SB checks
I have 114$ left

I think 7 is a good card for his preflop bluffing range.
But i have no idea what he expects me to do on that river and is he donk bets all 8's
From the other POV i have value vs his preflop value hands like JJ-KK and ocasional ATs.

What's better here to make a thin value ship or check back and get more notes on opponent?
