valuebetting ranges and balanced gameplan

Hey,

Here is an example of a hand that got me curious about the subject.

100bb stacks 6max nl

MP opens, we flat AxQs OTB, flop comes Ks3s7x and villain checks to us. In a vacuum, how should we construct our betting range here (do we just think whats the worst hand we can valuebet 3 streets on random runouts and add an according number of worst SD value hands from our range?). Basically it will be tough for us to bet very often so a ton of the middling parts of our range will be checked back if we have say KQo+ 50% AK 77 33 for value that won´t be very many combos.

My main question is about turn play though (9o), do we take our valuerange to be all of remaining Kx and turned 99 now ? I know it depends on my betsizing and how much of his range he will have to defend and our valuebetting hands needing more than 50% against it, perhaps more if they can cr. Does this mean I can now bluff for 2 streets with the remaining adjusted number of "bluffs" so hands like AQo 22 33 ... etc. until I am balanced ? Like will I have to run through my entire range in this manner across all streets so that very few of my actual middling strength hands will get to SD, most of which so because I expect them to be good extremely often (so maybe like 66-JJ here or so) and the rest will get spread as bluffs across flops/turns/rivers based on their SD value (for simplicity).

Is the approach of being able to bet all of the remaining streets for value on reasonable runouts a viable one when we don´t have any info that we could build an exploitative strategy around ?

All criticism is welcome, thanks a bunch !
