Hi, that is situation when SB 3bets 17% linear range and BTN calls. I tried different sizes and PIO doesn't want to raise anything.
I thought that PIO was going to raise more.
Why it doesn't raise vs. small bets?

For example If PIO plays in 2BP, BTN opens and PIO calls on BB and on the flop BTN cbets 33% of pot PIO x/raises almost the whole range.
Why is this situation other?
