No real reads on both players,
HJ appeared tight/reggy over 10 hands or so, no clue about UTG

What's the best play in these positions? I don't think the HJ will stackoff with QQ, AK 100% of the time when facing a cold4b. I'm also questioning that he'd 3bet it for value 100% of the time and I don't think he'd 3b/call JJ, TT, AQ or the like to my cold4bet with any reasonable frequency. Complete bluffs are very unlikely too.
Given that, I prolly shouldn't 3bet but calling seems very transparent and folding QQ just seems weird.
