LHE is probably my least favourite game in the 8game mix and the one I feel out-experienced the most against good players. I feel pretty comfortable in ring games but HU especially I'm not sure what frequencies I should be playing as a learning player. The biggest winners in HULHE seem to defend almost atc from the bb but I feel like I get crushed when I try to emulate that style. Is playing a good bit tighter justifiable or should I be trying to play optimal frequencies preflop and work on playing better postflop?
