Bluff catching the river with top two

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $4.61
SB: $11.90 (Hero)
BB: $24.26
UTG: $20.82
MP: $5.13
CO: $10.47
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is SB with A 3 Q K
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, BB calls $0.20
Flop ($0.60) K A 5
Hero bets $0.38, BB calls $0.38
Really not sure about my betsizing here, I want to have an opportunity to bluff with my fds and wrap broadway draws. Should I always potting in this spot if I have a good equity or made hand?
Turn ($1.36) K A 5 2
Hero bets $0.90, BB calls $0.90
My OPP should't have that many 34xx hands since I have 3 in my hand, but I guess potting here will be too ambitious.
River ($3.16) K A 5 2 8
Hero checks, BB bets $1.70, Hero calls $1.70
Reasons for calling are I don't have a diamonds and I have a 3 in my hand, but also a Q with is not that good, I decided to call him down.
Final Pot BB wins and shows three of a kind, Kings.
BB wins $6.28
Rake is $0.28

I'm pretty much new to PLO, I assume this hand is a cooler, any mistakes that I made or my opponent?
Looking for feedback from experienced players.
